For over 35 years, our family business based in Wilmington, Delaware worked with music educators and parents to deliver tens of thousands of quality band instruments into the hands of students.

Our family music store always had a high-quality repair shop and schools throughout the area would send us repeat business due to our reputation.  

Over the last ten years or so, we noticed an increase in repairs involving instruments that are so cheaply made that they literally fall apart in the technicians' hands. 

We know that hard-working families are purchasing instruments due to the affordability, but many have no idea that they are actually throwing their money away because the instrument isn't designed to last any longer than getting past the store check-out.   

We decided to do something about it.
