We make the process hassle-free, so you can simply email us at info@herchemusic.com with your order number and whatever issue you're experiencing, and our team will be in touch with the quickest solution so you can get back to making music. 

If your instrument is faulty due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it free of charge.

If your instrument is in need of a normal repair, we will service it for free at our USA based warehouse and return it promptly.
